When that market got saturated for disposable surgical equipment we developed an automatic chapatti making machine. It took us 5 years to develop that machine and we were granted patent in 1999 year.

First machine was sold to Hero Honda Gurgaon in 2000. The machine was ahead of its time hence it took us an year to convince someone for its use.

But soon after we were in continuous demand for this machine and we remained the only supplier for next 8 years and market leaders till date.

There are some features in our machine which no one could copy even after 23 years and even 3 years after validity of our patent is over.

These features are:

The first baking of chapatti in on a tawa conveyor the way you make manually. This is the only machine in the world using tawa conveyor. For good baking of chapattis curved tawa is must.
Our machine has an automatic temperature control of baking conveyors even when we are using LPG/CNG/PNG gas heating. Problem with gas heating in case of chapatti is that you cannot put the gas on or off to control the temperature. You have to put it on high and low flame to control. Only our chapatti machine does this.
Rolling section where we have moving parts is fully covered and all adjustments and feeding of dry flour and dough is done without opening any doors. As an added safety the machine is stopped if doors open accidentally.
